Anyone have any experiences they can share regarding this company, good or bad?

We just moved into a PBS Modular about a year ago. I'm in process of trying to get something resolved that they have refused to honor. I went thru the warranty company and they refused, saying I'd have to get an arbitrator and pay upwards of $1500 to someone to arbitrate. My claim is only $1500. I just sent a registered letter to who I believe is the President to plead my case, but have not heard from anyone in last week. I'd like to give them a couple of weeks to see if they respond. Stay tuned..if no resolution..I'll be glad to advise what to watch out for...
