PEX

Crosslinked polyethlyne. Absolutely the best thing I have been teaching. It has been in Europe for over 25 years and has been recently approved for the United States. Even the novice can learn to use PEX. Theres no chance of burning your house down. It can be attached easily to a single manifold in the basement (home run method). Each fixture gets the full water supply from the manifold. It will take you half the time to install PEX than copper piping. No drips, no burns, no leaky joints. Hmm, would I call this a plumbers wet dream... you bet ya.
