We use PEX flexible piping. You simply install a PEX valve on the copper, then run PEX up to the faucet. On the bottom of the faucet, install a PEX to copper adapter. This makes the installation simple and you have full water pressure. Any time you install a normal flexible connector, you reduce the volume of water to the size of the flexible tube, which is generally 3/8, although you can sometimes buy 1/2 id flexible tubing.
Good Luck
