Hi DIY GUY, Buy yourself a GOOD book on how to do Plumbing. I'm not going to get into the 'basics' because that's what a few $$$ will buy you. Reader's Digest and Time/Life have decent books for a DIY GUY like you. After that, visit HowTo Guides and in the list is a how-to guide on doing a Pedestal Sink. It may not exactly match what you're trying to do but get yourself a good book to 'augment' your install. I'd do that BEFORE I cut into anything. My best to ya and hope this helps. Jay J -Moderator
