Our church wants to have a live Nativity scene this year. Do any of you have a rough set of plans we could use to construct the stable?

It's too big for our needs, but perhaps this plan would work for what your Church needs. The plans are free. The gentleman who posted the site will, however, build it for you for a price that seems to be reasonable.
