We have a few plaster ceilings in our house that need to be smoothed. Any ideas how to do this? It looks like a rough road from previous owners probably applying compund and roughing it up to try and match the ceiling. The whole ceiling needs to be fixed somehow. I would love to just tear it out and drywall, but the house has hot water radiant heat in the ceiling. Any ideas are appreciated.
