I am trying to hook up my new dishwasher and the cord/plug does not have colored wiring except for the ground green wire. I am trying to find out if I wire the black wire from the dishwasher to the Neutral side of the plug or to the smaller end of the plug? Can someone help me?

The narrow blade is the Not and it connects to the black on the DW.
