We are buying a house and becuase we live in the NE we are unable to have the pool inspected due to weather/snow so we asked the sellers for a pool escrow and now they are saying no. They want us to call the pool company they used and speak to the person who closed the pool for the season. Does this seems normal? Is asking for a pool escrow wrong? Please give some advise. We don't want to lose the house but don't want to buy something sight unseen. Also the pool was built in the 70's so it is not a brand new pool there could be numerous things wrong with it. Help!! |
