I am having severe power surges. The electric company was out today and checked the meter, replacing it. Stated nothing was wrong. Still having surges. What else could be causing this? |

Could you be more specific about the "surges"? How many different lights? Are any lights getting brighter.
If it is not in power company connections and it affects multiple circuit then it is most likely in your panel.
Time to call an electrican. |

The lights dim and then brighten. Fans cut down real slow and then speed up very fast. My TV shows a change in the picture as if going from big to little. It was bad yesterday pm. This morning at 7:30 am cst, it is not doing it yet. |

Call an electrican and have them check the panel and wiring.
But there is still a fair chance that the problem is on the power companies side.
If the electrican does not find anything then call the power company back and tell them that they need to install a recording monitor. |

I am experiencing also "small" power surges, specifically the kitchen circuit recessed lights dim for a couple of seconds every 15 minutes. Cant figure out if its the fridge compressor kicking on & off or something else? Anyone hear of this before? |
