I was told that there are several options to
stop the paving stone from moving around:

1. Edge Restraint (plastic/aluminium)
cons: deform or pop up after winter

2. Precast concrete

3. Pour concrete

I would like to learn more about 2 & 3. What are their pros and cons? Is 2 sufficient considering that 3 might be more stable but more expensive?
