You may contact me regarding any issues with MW Windows. I have a 3 year old house with many of the same issues I've read on this site - rotten wood interior and exterior, peeling and chipping paint, mold/mildew in walls from leak, etc. Our walls are torn out down to studs now to locate leak and we found that the windows are leaking in bottom corners.
