Question about Bob and Sears

Is Bob Vila working with sears or was there a fallening out. Ive notice the Craftsman site is gone. What happened

I also assume that Bob no longer has any kind of association with Sears. Last fall (2005) the name of his show was shortened to Bob Vila from Home Again with Bob Vila. Home Again with Bob Vila used to be presented by Sears and the new program isn't. Also I haven't recently seen any commericals for Sears featuring Bob.
