That all looks right, except for two things. The doublers should be 11 1/2 finished and you only need 2 runners and 2 kickers. Both of those were my mistakes, but neither is anything to fret over. If you've already cut things down, the doubler works fine at that length and extra kickers and runners never hurt anyone.
In reality, though, you can wait and mill things as we need them. All of the inside stuff is just fit to the table.
