Any one have any experience with using one of these products between cement basement floor and tile? The system I have been looking at is guaranteed for 30 years--looks easy to install. It says that it saves on heating bills but it does not get specifics.

Do they work?
Are they easy to install?
Do they save money or add to overall cost of heating?
