It is not clear which contract(s) that you are refering to.
If you don't sell you house you don't have to buy a new house and while the contract is not cancelled it is effectively null.
I don't know if you have finalized the contract to sell your house or not.
And for as the contract to use her as a buyer's agent for a new house most often the contract is with a BROKER and you are dealing with an agent.
Go to the supervising broker about this problem. They can cancel it or transfer you to a different agent. |
