I would like to use a chemical stripper to avoid (or at least reduce) the amount of sanding I will have to do to strip an oak-parquet floor with white stain and urethane finish (about 15 years old). I would like to remove all the stain and either leave it unstained or stain the floor a dark color before adding a polyurethane finish. Has anyone suggestions or experience with this?
