I am in the process of refinishing a 100 year old sideboard and would like some suggestions. I have stripped most of the old varnish off but as you are aware, when stripping old varnish there are still sections that are very dark. If possible I would like to find a varnish that would replicate the original finish. Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated.
