Remove corian backsplash

08/25/2005 09:23 PM ahngerre

I have a corian countertop with a coved backsplash (about 4" high). I would like to remove the backsplash and replace it with a tile backsplash. Any suggestions on how to remove the backsplash?

Thanks

backsplash removal

If you have a coved backsplash, someone paid a lot of money to get it. It's the most waterproof and easiest to clean backsplash there is. To remove it entails a lot of work and needs to be done in a solid surface shop to be done right. I would leave it alone and tile the wall above it.
