removing paint splatter

I've had great success using "Goof Off" to remove my many paint spatters, smears, etc. with LATEX paint spattered on the finished woodwork, carpeting, etc. It's readily available and very inexpensive at discount department stores and DIY/home improvement stores.

You don't say what type of primer/paint you're trying to remove, or what kind of finish is on your flooring, so please be sure to try it on an unobtrusive area to make sure it doesn't "goof up" (sorry, couldn't resist the pun) your finishes.

Best of luck to you!
