I need to know how the location of the water filter in order to to replace it. I also need to know the filter replacement model for my Kenmore Coldspot Refrigertor, model # 106.9555781.

I don't see any kind of *internal* water filter listed as being used on that model.

If an *external* filter was installed in the water supply line when connected (they aren't always added), it would be in the water supply line somewhere between the fridge and the house water supply... wherever the installer decided to stick it.
