I recently purchased a 1927 colonial in the Boston area.

The previous owner replaced the roof everywhere except over the sunroom. The sunroom has a flat roof above it which has a railing and can be accessed by a door from the master bedroom.

What type of materials should I use on this roof? I want to be able to use it as a porch.
