Replacing sash cords

03/24/2003 08:11 PM mjcrumpl

I own a ***** & Roebuck home in need of window sash cord replacement. There are no "pockets" in the lwindow track to allow access to the cords/weights, so I removed the interior window trim, and the wall is plastered right up to the window frame, so no access there, either. Has anyone run across this situation? Will I need to cut the plaster to gain access? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
