You can find roll out shelving at most of your do it yourself retailers. However you will have to purchase the slide hardware then the shelving. You can find wire roll outs in the closet organization area. If you know the brand of your cabinets or have the dimensions you get go to the kitchen design center in these retailers and they can order them for you

They are custom made to fit and where less money and better built than the ones we found at the home centers. We also put roll out shelves in our pantry cabinet
