I am looking at a fairly new home in North Port, Florida that has some cracked roofing tiles. There appears to have been no leaking due to the cracked tiles. I am told that the cracking is normal and the tiles do not need to be replaced. Is this true? |

......Cracking is useually do to temperature changes, or framming movement. Allagating is after a roofs hybernation phase has passed, the roof will expire soon !!
The cracks will tell you wich is causeing them, if proper ventilation and framming is correct, or not.
Remember,...just because a leak hasn`t shown up,...doesn`t mean it`s not there !!
Cracks are never normal !! |
