I HAVE AN OLD SHOPMATE PLANER MODEL 2800T0 OR TO , NOT SURE IF IT IS AN O OR A ZERO ON THE END. I AM TRYING TO FIND WHO MADE THIS TOOL AND ALSO WHERE I COULD FIND A REPLACEMENT DRIVE BELT. THE BELT NUMBER IS 28207. I HAVE SEARCHED THE INTERNET WITH NO RESULTS OR ANY INFO ON THE MAKER. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

replacement belt

if you still have the old belt, broken or not, you should be able to get a match at a larger automotive parts store or other place that has a large selection of belts. most old tool belts are v belts and easily matched if you have the old belt. if the belt is missing or completely destroyed you can still get a match for it. to get the proper belt, measure the diameter of both pulleys and also the distance center to center of the pulleys
