THIS BUILDER NOW HAS 8 COMPLAINTS WITH THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND SIMPLEX IS NOT WILLING TO RECTIFY THEIR ENDORSEMENT OF HIM. NOR COOPERATE WITH ANY OF THE BUYERS THAT HAVE SUFFERED FROM HIS SCAM. WARNING, DON'T JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER.

My wife and I had a similar experience with Simplex in early 2005. The basic home and the support from Simplex were pretty good, but we had issues with the re-seller (in upsate NY) not performing finishing work properly and in a timely manner. Simplex refused to get involved will resolving any issues with the re-seller. Unfortunately Simplex continues to endorse the re-seller today even though we know of other home buyers who have had issues with them since.
