I had a Scapewel system installed a little more than a year ago when I had my basement finished. The soil has since settled and recently, I noticed that the right side of the egress is pulling away from the foundation about 2-3 inches at its widest (on top) and the metal bracket came off the track (it's not in the pre-made Scapewel groove). The window well isn't going anywhere but the gap between the foundation and the egress doesn't look good. What can I do about it?
