Anyone have a general building contract I could review?
I'm trying to go over everything I'll need the builder to have included in his estimate. I've talked to two builders and they both say "you need to tell me what quality materials, and what type of tile you want, cabinets." I keep asking them for some kind of list so I can go through it one at a time, but they never deliver.

Any help would be great,
