I find these postings so confusing so this may not apply to you, but our Fairfield, CT cabinets are available. See the following thread for a picture. We may not have the 40" base that you are looking for.

You are right about the confusing threads here. I am looking for one base cabinet, but can be pretty much any size up to 40 inches. However, I live in Nevada and would need you to be willing to take to a local UPS store to have boxed and shipped (at my expense of course).
