My wife and I had a similar experience with Simplex in early 2005. The basic home and the support from Simplex were pretty good, but we had issues with the re-seller (in upsate NY) not performing finishing work properly and in a timely manner. Simplex refused to get involved will resolving any issues with the re-seller. Unfortunately Simplex continues to endorse the re-seller today even though we know of other home buyers who have had issues with them since. |
