Probably around 70 per pan & 500 for the doors. We also use fortiflashing over the fins of our windows & doors here is an install link for you:

You can pick a roll of that up at your local (84) lumber yard & it has a sticky back and when nails permiate it, it seals around the nail... but it needs to be installed properly.

The one inch drop to the deck is a good thing, you don't want any less than that.
