Any help would be appreciated:

My wife & I are remodeling our kitchen. 2 years ago we purchased a Kenmore Bottom Freezer Refrigerator, Model # 596.72213200. It is Stainless Steel on Black. My question is how would find out the grade of Stainless Steel used? The reason being we are in the process of ordering through a local fab shop stainless steel for our backsplash. He is requesting the grade to match it as close as can be. Is this something possbile????
