Starting Capacitor for *ears saw |

I have 20yr old Craftsman saw, #113.298751, with motor #62618. I need a replacemet starting capacitor, but lost thte one I removed.
Can anyone help?

Have you tried Sears Parts and Service Centers?

If you don't have one near then go to a motor repair shop.
Starting caps are generic. Take the motor name plate data. Speically the HP and current rating.
Also measure, as best you can the space the for capacitor. |

Thanks for the reply. I did check the on-line center, but they only sell the complete motor (as far as I can see). I called Grainger, & they told me the exact cap is very important as I might otherwise damage the winding.
I'll try calling Sears tomorrow.

Only sells stuff, of all types.
A motor repair shop or a tool repair shop works with and on motors. |
