Our concrete garage floor has settled over 40-or-so years. There's a 1/4" crack along one foundation wall, and some low spots.
The main problem is that I often have to squeegie out water that pools under the car tires.
Do any of you folks have any recommendations as to how to deal with this? I'd prefer to avoid having the entire thing jackhammered out and starting over! For example--can asphalt (tar) be put down and sloped properly--or is that a bonehead idea? Any other ideas you've seen that have worked?
