I have Superior walls on my foundation cracking really bad. See picture. The house is new construction, 3 years old. The cracks are appearing from the corner on a porch. The porch is back filled with clay soil. The contractor is willing to patch the cracks from outside. But I am afraid that is not going to solve the problem. Cracks reappeared after one season on similar patching on a neighbors house. Anyone else had similar problem. Any ideas what should be done?
