grain

yup its mo-hog....i always say the material is the most important piece of the puzzle...look at this thing...it has no balance ..at all...but with the right wood and a superior finish....it looks awesome....the different legs and stuff become a secondary though....it is gonna take a bit of time to notice them...i think most peoples eye will go right to the top and drawer......the wood guys....its all about the wood!...i will get better pictures of it...

Another Pic of Tommy's Table

Hi, I was at Ts shop last week. To see this table in person is amazing! The 3d look of the inlay is crazy. The first thing that came to my mind was MC Escher with those crazy legs and inlays, or maybe Edward Hooper, where everything seems cool but something isn't right. It is beautifully twisted. This is some funny stuff. Can you imagine your grand kids explaining this to their kids in a hundred years! These are one of a kids and the ones I have seen in this forum rock. Here's to you keep rockin'. On another note, we are going to install some acoustic deadening materials in Tommy's shop next week. The audio quality will be better in the podcasts.

T-Chisel's the best baby :-)

man the grain in that table top just pops! these tables will surely have some stories told about them. I got my saws hooked up so I am going to try to get some wood and play catch up.
