Regarding tankless:
There are only a few brands of Tankless Water Heaters available in this country today. We sell both the Bosch Aqua-Star and the Takagi brand.
The Takagi produces more hot water per minute than any other tankless available in this country.
Here's what the tankless can handle:
Bosch: 1 faucet on-going @ 2.8 gpm
Takagi TK-1: 2 faucets running on-going @5.3 gpm
Takagi TK-2: 3 faucets running on-going @ 6.9 gpm
For example: If you like to have 2 showers and the washer running at the same time, the TK-2 would be your best choice.
