I forgot to mention that I have a Takagi TK-2 in my own home. It replaced two 40 gallon tanks. I have 2.5 baths in my home and it provides more than enough hot water.
Any plumber or HVAC guy can install these. If you need help finding an installer in your area, we can help you find one.
