Kay, how does the Takagi perform after three years when filling a teapot? The majority of problems are at low flow with hardness collecting in the small tubes after a few years. This can be helped by servicing the unit as done in Europe and Asia by disassembling, cleaning and reassembling with a running inspection afterwards every year. US homeowners are used to neglecting high-efficiency units. Do you have a web site listing all the repairmen who will do the yearly service? |
