They called me to schedule an appointment at 10:00 on Wednesday. I explained prior to making the appointment that my husband had no interest in the decision making process and would not be here for the appointment. But, should we decide to proceed with them as our contractor, he would co-sign the contract. The person scheduling said that was fine. When no one showed for the appointment, I followed-up with a call to the Company. When I received my call back, I was told that the company doesn't waste its time talking only to the wife since 90% of the time, unless the husband is there, they never get a call back. Adam, the person who told me this was rude and contentious. I told him it isn't the 1950's and if that was their attitude, I we wouldn't be doing business. If they are this bad on the front end while trying to make a sale, I can't imagine how bad they would be on delivery and follow-up. STAY AWAY!
