I have no idea of course with your question re how to edit the pictures I guess you can just add more if you like.
About the toilet not filling that would depend on the type of fill valve you have If you have a ballcock type most folks just gentle bend the brass rod up a little and that will increase the height in the tank.
If there is a screw on the valve turning it counter clockwise will also raise the water.
If you have a fluid master there are two types of adjustments.
1- On the stainless steel rod along side the cup (float) you can raise it very gently and that will increase the water in the tank.
2nd choice is a little more complicated and if you send me an E Mail I can better describe how to disassemble it and raise the water level.
