Timbertech decking

After considerable hassle, Timbertech agreed to replace our original decking (the number of boards we used originally for 1600 sqf with the old material) and further agreed that we could switch to XLM. Same number of boards, although XLM is narrower, so covers fewer sqf. They didn't cover the new fasteners nor the cost of labor, which of course was a considerable $$ difference.

That said we are extremely happy with the apppearance of the new product. It has been worth the hassle.
