My Mother had a claim against Trex. It took a long time for her to get reimbursed for her decking, but she finally got paid. You have to keep on them. Document everything. When you call, who you talk to, copies of any letters to or from them. I would call and write often. If you had someone build the deck for you, get them and the supplier of the decking involved. Keep making noise and eventually they will respond. If not, contact the attorney general of your state, the Better Business Bureau and your local tv station. Most have a comsumer reporter and they love they stories. |
