06/09/2005 06:19 PM Terry2542

65'x 100' 3 story w/full basement built late 1800's for Odd Fellow Lodge in Winchester, In. 2 floors have tin ceilings. Stairways to 2nd and 3rd floors 4'+ wide. lots and lots of large beams structurally unaltered.2nd floor 6 apartments closed in 1979-some still w/furniture. Was family store tax problems closed it. Must sell building--lots of great "parts" $28,000 will buy it all. Located in economically deprived "Historic downtown Winchester, In." Would be beautiful restored if money was available. 3rd floor ballroom and dining room---must sell.
