It was a beam, I know this because when I bought the house it was found in the basement, cut off so I am un able to use this beam. Where can I get floor jacks? so I can jack up the house, and how is this done? or is this better off left for a proffesional, I am on a budget but I want it done right. Any Info would be great-Dave.
