The joints in our good old fashioned formica kitchen countertops were not sealed when they were installed. Consequently, we have some "swelling" of materials under the formica where the water has seeped into the joints.
Is there anything I can do to reduce the swelling before I COMPLETELY dry out the counters, and seal them?
Thanks in advance for any help you might give me! |

These were made under very high pressure presses. Sometimes when I get particle board that receives an impact, I can pull it back into position with hand screws, then apply super glue and let it cure before removing the clamp. I have not been successful trying this with water-damaged stuff and the fact that you have a long running line, I think you may be out of luck. |
