Sons bedroom. Urine/foul odor (not sure what fungus would smell like).
Room faces north - exterior vinyl trim around half-moon window does grow a fungus I wash off annually .... not certain if this would penetrate interior and cause odor?
Wood floor in room - area rug has been discarded.
Room overhangs foundation by 3'...small insulated pocket in floor joists.
Sound more like mice or fungus?...
Have had wasp nests in eaves in this area too, do they leave odors?

how long has it lasted? do you have pets in the house?
possible dead animal in the wall or electrical outlet.

Spent some time in the attic yesterday. No evidence of mold visible, not a pet problem.
Very likely a bug problem with chinese ladybug swarm in the wall for the winter. Saw evidence of them in attic in suspect area. I think they are related to the soybean crops nearby and seek winter refuge inside siding, etc.
