Wall and ceiling registers

03/28/2008 03:09 PM redskins1

I live in a condo that is almost 40years old and I need to replace the registers in the ceiling and on the walls. My problem is that the registers have been taken off and put back on so many times that the screws are not holding in the walls. Is there any type of new "housing" that I can put in so that I can buy new registers and put the new screws into the housing. I was going to try and use molly bolts but I was told that is not a good idea.

Thank you
