We have a water fountain and every time the electricity goes off the water in the fountain runs out. When the electricity comes back on the pump surges until there is enough water in the fountain to stop it from surging. My question is: is there anything out there to keep the electricy from coming back on until we can fill the fountain again. Luckly we have always been home when there has been a outage. The pump is plugged into a outlet that is controlled by a switch in the garage.
