First of all what is the difference? I don't think they are roaches because I only see one about once a week in my house. They are all huge, at least one to two inches in length. If we had roaches I think I would see all sizes but I don't.

Is there anything I can spray or do myself to keep these nasty looking creatures out? I practically have a heart attack when I see one. YUCK!!!!
